Are these physical products?
No. All products sold on CUTSVG are digital files only. No physical items will be shipped.
When will I receive my files?
Your files are available instantly after payment is completed. You can download them directly from the order confirmation page or your email.
What machines are compatible with your files?
Our designs are compatible with many popular laser cutting machines and software programs, including Glowforge, LightBurn, xTool, OMTech, Cricut, and more.
Can I use the files for commercial projects?
Yes. Most designs include commercial use for creating physical products. However, reselling or redistributing the digital files themselves is not allowed.
Can I edit the files?
Yes. You can resize, customize, and modify the files using compatible vector editing software.

Do you offer refunds?
